Arabinda Chatterjee, M.D.

Graduated and Boarded in India in General Surgery. He moved to the U.K. was boarded in Surgery and Urology for 14 years. Dr. Arabinda moved to the U.S. and became boarded in Family Practice. Here he also works as an Assistant Professor in Family Practice at UMASS Medical Center. He is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians. He is also a member of American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgery-England.

Dr. A joined his wife, also an M.D. and opened two private offices in Family Practice in CT. He continues to work as an Assistant Professor and Preceptor, teaching Family Practice to medical students from UMASS Medical School.

Having been an M.D. for 32 years and surgeon for 18 years, he and his wife decided to start Laser Hair Removal and aesthetics. Dr. A's extensive surgical training has made it easy to learn the different methods of hair removal and general aesthetics. He has studied the different aspects of laser hair removal, laser esthetic practices and Botox, Restylane, Captique, and Cosmoderm in Boston, New York, Maui, Las Vegas and California.

Dr. Arabinda and Dr. Nita bring 32 years each of medical training to their patients to provide state of the art aesthetics and hair removal.

Nita Chatterjeee, M.D.

Graduated in India and practiced as an Ob/Gyn. SheÂ went to The U.K. and held a diploma in Obstetrics from the University of Dublin-Ireland. She worked there as an Ob/Gyn. Dr. Nita then came to the U.S. where she became boarded in Family Medicine and practices as a family practice practitioner. She now has her own practice with two offices. Dr. Nita is also a Preceptor for medical students from UMASS Medical School.

Dr. Nita trained for laser hair removal and esthetics using Botox, Restylane, Captique and Cosmoderm as she felt that she could use her surgical background to perform these procedures properly.

Both Dr. Nita and Dr. Arabinda have trained in various places, including San Francisco, Boston, Maui, Las Vegas and New York.

Having been an M.D. for 32 years, while working on 3 separate continents, Dr. Nita brings together her extensive training and knowledge in order to make sure patients coming to the Laser Center of NE CT receive the best treatment possible.
